John's passionate pursuit of outdoor photography began during his travels through the Pacific Northwest in the early 1990's. Trekking through the Cascade Mountains provided him with the inspiration of seeking the unique and timeless in every image. He constantly seeks to improve the use of color and light in every assignment. He believes that inspiring and emotionally charged images can be as close as your own back door. You just have to see them.
John's work has been on display at the Newburyport Art Association, the Brush Art Gallery in Lowell, MA, the Mizan Gallery in Haverhill, the Essex Art Center in Lawrence, and the Galleries at Tallman Eye Associates in Lawrence, MA and Salem, NH. He is a frequent contributor at the Memorial Hall Library in Andover and at Frames Unlimited in Andover.
